Financial Aid
Financial aid can be obtained by and for the student and used for a variety of things. Financial aid can be used for tuition, room and board and many of the other fees that may be incurred going to college.
There is financial aid for each school in the form of state, institutional and private funds. There is also federal financial aid.
Financial aid can be a combination of many programs that could include grants, loans, scholarships, waivers, and even student jobs. Jobs and loans require repayment of some if not all the monies where grants, waivers and scholarships do not carry this requirement.
If you are needing financial aid to attend college, check with each school; they will have a financial aid office. Normally, when you request information for admission information you will receive some contact information, however, it would be prudent for you to check the school website, located the financial aid office and contact them directly.
